'The person who grasps principles can successfully select their own methods. The person who tries methods, ignoring principles, is sure to have troubles'        –Ralph Waldo Emerson

Motivating people simple for the sake of motivation is like a wave heading towards the shore. While a wave does have the power to carry us forward, it inevitably dies on a beach, leaving the rider to decide whether they have any motivation left to paddle back out and catch the next motivation wave. Motivation is powerful but it is fleeting.

As your speaker, I do not intend to simply be a source of motivation, I will endeavor to be your catalyst: that key component that helps starts a reaction at the nucleus and causes a knock-on chain of events that is self sustainable by you long after I leave.

I have a question for you: have you ever felt like a sales pitch or a staff meeting feels more like throwing clods of words against a wall in the hope that some of the important ones stick? All too often vital parts of the communication that are necessary for the success of our business and livelihood are delivered like we're taking a gamble on their success, rather than with the confidence of success they should have.

What if I told you that speaking does not need to feel like spinning a roulette wheel of communication?

The most common question I get asked as a comedian is, "what if they don't laugh?"

I'll be honest, I used to fear that... because audiences didn't always laugh at my jokes at the beginning of my career. But I learned the rules and developed the skills required to walk on any stage in the world and hit my target audience every time? It's that kind of assurance and confidence that seasoned comedians have that is sought after by business professionals who rely on their communication skills for their livelihood.

There are 5 RULES COMEDIANS FOLLOW TO HIT THEIR TARGET AUDIENCE? These 5 RULES are principles of communication, and are by no exclusively for stand up comedians. The good news is that I can easily teach these 5 RULES to you and every willing person in your company, from your Sales Teams to CEOs to increased business productivity and strengthen relationships and transform your business communication with astonishing success.

So, before embarking on your next vital sales pitch, convening your next strategy meeting, writing the next line, pushing the record button on your next video or booking your next coaching session or motivational speaker... we need to talk.
